My Measurable Goals (year one, to be updated each year)   Accountable organizations, working against clear and measurable goals, grow and improve. Goal - Budget: Improve budget scope, timelines, audit and search for alternative sources of financing. Goal - Civility: Increase civility through increased mechanisms for community dialogue and clarification of the committee’s ground rules. Goal - Involvement: Set goals and tracking of level of community involvement and volunteering. Goal - Superintendent: Set tangible measures of our Superintendent's performance, on: budget, academic achievement, leadership and more. Goal - Teachers: Cooperatively identify criteria and measures of educational success.
